SCS CSHB 69(RLS) am S: Bill section 1, lines 9 and 10. No comparable section exists in CSHB 69(FIN). (2) The provisions that relate to the withholding of certain information about sex offenders if such disclosure would compromise the privacy interests of a minor. SCS CSHB 69(RLS) am S: Bill section 5, lines 23 - 28. No comparable section exists in CSHB 69(FIN).
